Dead Albinos - Fact of Fiction?

I was told that there was a whole albino family that lived in the house. Mother, Father and two kids. This was in the early 50's. Turns out the father died after he used cobwebs to clot a bad cut he received when he was kicked by a horse. I guess cobwebs were an old wife's tale and were supposed to stop the bleeding. Because of the cobwebs he caught gang green and died. The wife was in major grieving and ended up drowning in the bathtub three weeks later. Some thought it was suicide, while others were convinced that the son White Johnny  had drowned her for killing is father. After the mothers death no one could find the two kids. Some were convinced that they were hiding in the crawl space beneath the house and because of this story no one ever bought the property. To this day the house has never been lived in again. In fact here is a rhyme that we use to sing on the playground:

One Two White Johnny coming for you
Three Four he's at the door
Five Six he'll beat you with a stick
Seven Eight because it's you he hates •

My Strory - Justin Makler

     I first saw this house at the age of 13 while heading to Indianapolis for a track meet. Half asleep on the bus I awoke just in time to catch a glimpse of the house with the crooked window. This is when the dreams started. For years I could never remember where the house was and if it was even a real house. The dream was always the same. A women in a white gown drags a small child from the window as he waves to me. She drags him away in a panic as though I may be there to harm him. Now almost 20 years later, I still have the same dream at least once a year. - Justin Makler

Is there any chance you can be a bit more specific about where this place is? I live REALLY close to it if I only knew a few more specifics....I'd love to see it, just for the sake of ... getting the shit scared out of me.
