In the middle of nowhere in particular we run into this little file cabinet tribute. I couldn't decide which photo I liked better so I posted two.

I like both. A lot of people wonder what this symbolizes. Well, it simply symbolizes the number of years of paperwork for the proposed beltway that was never built.
